Alaska and Hawaii are part of the United States, they are states. Puerto Rico, well that's just a territory of the US, a possession, not a player.

Yeah but Puerto Rico has an advantage, it has both, players and fans. Is not like we disscussed in other topic, that in some places they don't even now the players or they are from other states, country. For sure the other teams will like to play down there, as they do for practice.....

Because P.R. is exempt from The Internal Revanue Code,and we ALL know how the Government likes to TAX the shit outta Teams,Players salaries,Stadiums,etc..
